Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Zee Institute of Creative Art, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune (On-site/Full-time)
Experience: 1-5 years
Preferred Industry: AVGC (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Comics), M&E (Media & Entertainment) Education
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Institutional Outreach: Build partnerships with schools/colleges, organize seminars & workshops.
  2. Event Planning: Participate in education fairs, exhibitions & industry events.
  3. Promotional Activities: Conduct on-ground marketing campaigns in malls, societies, and public areas.
  4. Marketing Execution: Implement digital & traditional strategies, analyze performance.
  5. Lead Generation: Support telecalling & admissions team for conversions.
  6. Market Research: Identify new promotional opportunities & stay updated on industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, creativity & organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in event planning, digital marketing & data analysis.
  • Target-driven with a focus on outreach & lead generation.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Experience in AVGC/M&E education industry is a plus.

  1. Lead Generation: Contact potential students/parents, provide course details, and nurture leads.
  2. Database Management: Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  3. Follow-ups: Engage prospects, address queries, and encourage enrollments.
  4. Coordination: Work with counseling, admissions, and marketing teams.
  5. Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 
  6. Counseling & Conversion: Guide students toward suitable courses and drive enrollments.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Target-driven mindset with negotiation skills.
